Express Water delivers bottled water directly to residential doors, condominium and apartment units, offices, warehouses, and specialized commercial locations.
Customers can provide special instructions, arrange unattended deliveries, and receive standard handling assistance without extra charges.
Residential Deliveries
Drivers normally deliver to the front door or porch.
When requested by the occupant, drivers can bring bottles inside to assist customers who have difficulty carrying heavy water bottles, subject to safe access.
Condominium & Apartment Deliveries
Express Water delivers directly to individual unit doors, not just building lobbies. Drivers can use elevators, buzzer systems, and access instructions provided by customers.
| Location | Service |
|---|---|
| Condo With Elevator | Unit-door delivery |
| Apartment With Elevator | Unit-door delivery |
| Stairs | Carrying up to one floor |
| Concierge Building | Coordinated access |
| Access-Controlled Building | Customer-provided access instructions |
Stair Carrying
Bottle carrying up to one floor by stairs is included at no extra charge. Buildings with working elevators can receive unit-door delivery. Customers needing carrying beyond one floor without elevator access should contact Express Water in advance.
Office Deliveries
Drivers can place bottles in office kitchens, break rooms, storage rooms, water dispenser areas, or other designated locations.
Warehouses & Commercial Facilities
Deliveries can be made to loading docks, receiving areas, and designated unloading locations. Palletized deliveries and appropriate vehicles are available based on order requirements.
Unattended Deliveries
Customers do not need to be present when an accessible delivery location has been arranged. Customers can leave empty Express Water bottles outside, and drivers can collect them and leave replacement bottles in the same location.
We recommend sheltered placement and prompt indoor storage.
Special Delivery Instructions
Customers can add instructions through the Customer Portal or email. Examples include buzzer codes, unit numbers, gate access, parking directions, elevator instructions, concierge procedures, loading dock details, and preferred bottle placement.
Failed Building Access
If a driver cannot access the property or reach the customer, Express Water contacts the customer and arranges another delivery date if necessary.
Delivery Confirmation
Express Water sends an email when delivery is completed. Delivery photos and signatures are not part of the standard process.
Outdoor Weather Considerations
Customers should avoid leaving filled bottles outdoors for extended periods in extreme heat or freezing conditions.
Restricted-Access Locations
Construction sites, film sets, airports, and other controlled-access facilities require customers to arrange necessary access and provide an on-site contact when appropriate.
Extra Handling Charges
No additional standard handling charges apply for:
- Unit-door delivery
- Stair carrying up to one floor
- Office placement
- Standard loading dock or warehouse delivery
- Unattended bottle exchanges
- Standard special handling instructions
Regular order delivery fees still apply.
