At express water, we strive to offer fast and efficient delivery of our water products to ensure you never run out of clean, refreshing water. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details on delivery times, locations, and terms.
1. Same-Day Delivery

Delivery Service Area: We proudly offer same-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Order Cutoff Time: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed before 4:00 PM (local time) on any business day. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within the same day, with most deliveries arriving between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the day of purchase.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and an estimated delivery window. You may also receive an SMS or email with live tracking details (if available).
2. Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery: There is no additional charge for same-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area, provided you meet the minimum order requirement.

3. Delivery Locations

We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This includes, but is not limited to, Toronto, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, and other surrounding areas.
4. Exclusions

Out of Area: If you are located outside of the Greater Toronto Area, please contact us for custom delivery options, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Holidays and Special Circumstances: Delivery may be delayed on public holidays or during weather-related disruptions. We will notify you promptly if there are any changes to your delivery.
5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before 4:00 PM on the same day of purchase. After this time, we may not be able to adjust your delivery in time for same-day service.
6. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., incorrect address, damaged items, missing products), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Delivery Hours

Our delivery team operates from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays, unless explicitly stated.
8. Tracking and Notifications

We strive to keep you updated on your order’s status. Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) and notifications on the delivery status.
