The Express Water 3-Bottle Water & Dispenser Plan is ideal for homes and smaller households. Receive three 5-gallon bottles of your preferred water every month, with convenient empty-bottle exchanges and a dispenser to use while your rental is active.

What's Included

• 3 × 5-gallon bottles of water every month

• Frigidaire top-loading hot-and-cold water dispenser rental

• Monthly water delivery and empty-bottle exchange service

• Your choice of Reverse Osmosis, Distilled, or Natural Spring water

• Online subscription and delivery management

Choose Your Water Type

Select one water type for all three bottles:

Reverse Osmosis Water — Six-stage filtered water with a clean, neutral taste.

Distilled Water — Steam-distilled water with very low mineral content.

Natural Spring Water — Naturally mineral-containing spring water sourced from the Muskoka region.

All three options are included at the same monthly price. No surcharge for Distilled or Spring water.

Water types cannot be mixed within the same monthly package.

Simple Monthly Pricing

Monthly package: $39.95

Delivery fee: $10 per monthly order

Recurring total: $49.95 per month, before applicable taxes.

Your package includes your three water bottles and use of the dispenser. Delivery is charged separately.

First-Order Refundable Deposits

When you start your plan, refundable deposits are collected for the reusable bottles and dispenser:

• Three water bottle deposits: $30

• Water dispenser deposit: $35

• Total refundable deposits: $65

Your first-order total is $114.95 before applicable taxes, including the monthly package, delivery, and refundable deposits.

You do not pay the bottle deposits again when exchanging three empty bottles for three full bottles.

How Your Monthly Delivery Works

1. Select your preferred water type and subscribe.

2. Receive your three water bottles and hot-and-cold dispenser with your initial order.

3. Enjoy your water throughout the month.

4. Save your empty Express Water bottles.

5. On your next scheduled delivery, we collect the empties and provide three filled replacement bottles.

You can manage upcoming water deliveries through your Express Water Customer Portal.

Water Dispenser Rental Terms

The dispenser is provided as a rental and remains the property of Express Water. It does not become yours automatically after 12 months.

The dispenser must be returned when the rental ends. The $35 cooler deposit is refundable upon eligible return.
