The Express Water 5-Bottle Water & Dispenser Plan includes five 5-gallon water bottles every month, a Frigidaire top-loading hot-and-cold dispenser rental, and convenient empty-bottle exchanges.

Choose Your Water Type

Select one water type for all five bottles:

Reverse Osmosis Water — Six-stage filtered water with a clean, neutral taste.

Distilled Water — Steam-distilled water with very low mineral content.

Natural Spring Water — Naturally mineral-containing spring water sourced from the Muskoka region.

All three water types are available at the same monthly price, with no surcharge for selecting Distilled or Spring water.

Water types cannot be mixed within the same monthly package.

Monthly Pricing

Monthly package: $59.95

Delivery fee: $10 per monthly order

Recurring total: $69.95/month, before applicable taxes.

Your package includes your five water bottles and the use of a hot-and-cold dispenser. Delivery is charged separately.

First-Order Refundable Deposits

Refundable deposits are collected when you start your plan:

• Five water bottle deposits: $50

• Water dispenser rental deposit: $35

• Total refundable deposits: $85

Your first-order total is $154.95 before applicable taxes, including the first monthly package, delivery fee, and refundable deposits.

Bottle deposits are not charged again when you exchange five empty Express Water bottles for five full bottles.

How Your Monthly Delivery Works

1. Choose your preferred water type and subscribe.

2. Receive five full water bottles and your hot-and-cold dispenser with your initial delivery.

3. Enjoy your water throughout the month.

4. Save your empty Express Water bottles.

5. On your next scheduled delivery, our driver collects the empties and leaves five full replacement bottles.

You can manage upcoming deliveries through your Express Water Customer Portal.

Dispenser Rental Terms

Your monthly package includes use of a Frigidaire hot-and-cold water dispenser while your rental is active.

The dispenser remains the property of Express Water and must be returned when the rental ends.

This package is a rental, not a rent-to-own plan. The dispenser does not automatically become the customer's property after 12 months.

The $35 dispenser deposit is refundable upon eligible return of the cooler.
